We have experienced team which is expertise in implementing the software & hardware products we deal in, and; apart from it we have state-of-art plant for the manufacturing of consumables & specially designed labels related to barcode products.

We also have in-house Label Stock manufacturing unit. Due to in house facility, the quality of coating is excellent and having a greater control over Adhesive properties. Machinery Details :

    • COMCO GALLUS make Six Colour Rotary Label Press with online UV Varnish, Die cut, etc. (Machine Speed 300 ft. per minute with 100% accuracy).
    • Upto Eight Col. IWASAKI ( Japan) make Semi. Rotary Label Press with online UV Printing, UV Varnishing, Laminating, Die Punching, Hot Foil Stamping, Embossing, Sheet cutting and Computer Sprocket Hole punching for Pharma industry.
    • Four colour CHANG IK-( KOREA) make with online Die cutting & Sprocket hole punching. Blank Barcode Label making machine.
    • CARTES ITALY make Multi colour Hot Foil Stamping Machine. Which can stamp up to Six colour Foil and embossing mainly for Liquor / FMCG segment.
    • Zonten (China) make five colour Rotary Label Press with online UV Varnish, Die Cut, etc. (Machine Speed 200 ft. per minute with 100% accuracy).
    • Four Colour SUD & WAREN for manufacturing of continuous stationery and self adhesive labels.
    • We have in house coating plants for water base adhesive coating to provide better quality of adhesive while labeling.
    • We have six slitter Rewinders with one having sensors, so that the slitting is perfect.
    • For specific application we are using self adhesive stock paper from Avery Denison and Raflatac. If you have specific requirement we can provide with same quality.
